Adoption?

Talk about the opportunity for existing RV parks and tiny communities to annex into dot.community and the benefits and doing so. Talk about it not being easy due to the strict eco requirements and social responsibility code of dot.community. For example, in order to become a dot.community, a tiny shelter must be donated for each existing residential structure, and of course for each new construction placed on the property after annexation.
